One of the main factors that The House of Busby focuses on is employment. The House of Busby has a Human Resource manager that does employment using a very effective interviewing system. This type of employment system is used to reduce clashes of personalities in the workplace. The Human Resource manager looks for employees that are humble, know their weakness and are keen to learn.
