A movie poster would be a great idea. It contributes majorly through the theme and character development in the book The Great Gatsby. One way that this can be shown is through advertising for the intended audience. Manly the intended audience would be teens to young adults who would be willing to watch the movie. If the audience were a bunch of adults then they wouldn’t have the intent to watch the movie. Advertising characters in a movie poster allows you to fully acknowledge what the characters may have been through, and allows you to understand the different characteristics that each character may possess. Creating a poster to advertise The Great Gatsby allows people to visually see what the story might be about, also creating a poster with various visuals that connects to the theme of the book would allow people to understand what the story is mainly about.
For example one of the themes that is located in the novel “The Great Gatsby” is love even though in this story it is very complex, there is Daisy and Tom Buchanan,
Myrtle and George Wilson, Daisy Buchanan and Jay Gatsby, and much more. When creating a poster it allows you to add different designs that can relate to the theme.
Adding some sort of catch phrase to go with the poster that can catch the reader's attention would be excellent idea to include because it can catch the reader's attention. Adding a catch phrase like “Money is just and object” gives a lot of information about what the story is about. You can relate the characters through that catch phrase because every character can be analyzed in the novel from the point
