The Five Main Causes Of World War I
What is 5+1= war? 5+1= war is the five main causes that started World War I. The following is nationalism, imperialism, militarism, revenge, and alliance systems plus the assitanistion. The assassination of the ArchDuke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary was the start. Serbia got a group of serbian nationalist together called the black hand go kill the duke of Austria-Hungary. Gavrilo Princip killed the archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo on June 28, 1914.

After the assassination of the archduke, Austria-Hungary declared war on serbia. This is where revenge comes into 5+1=war. Serbia had alliance with Russia who declared war on Austria- Hungary on July 29th 1914. Austria-Hungary had an alliance with Germany who then had declared a war
