In these present days people are surrounded by modern technology. It even enters the world medical facility, and with the fast moving technology and by the help of scientist and inventors they discover of the application of radiation in the human bod. After some series of investigation and tests, radiology was born in the diagnosis of the diseases.
In medical specialty of e radiology that employs the uses of imaging and both diagnose and treat diseases that visualized with in the human body. It has many imaging modalities such as Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT-scan), Nuclear Medicine, Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-ray radiograph, Radiation Therapy and Interventional radiography. Each of these sections has their own special routines in diagnosing and treating diseases and most of its uses radiograph. It is operated by trained person who an expertise in each modality.
By the time passes by, the field of radiology needs expert personnel to operate on the said modalities. By the increase of demand in radiology they push schools and colleges to open the study of radiology to train, impart knowledge, and mold students to become competent radiologic technologists in the future. Students were sent in different hospitals to be a student interns as part of their training to become professionals in the field of radiology.
