Throughout the movie Rudy, the main protagonist Rudy Ruettiger faces a difficult task. Rudy is interested in applying to the school, Notre Dame. His professor, brother, and father say that Rudy has a low chance in making Notre Dame. The only person that believes in him, is his best friend from high school. In order for Rudy to succeed and attend his dream school, Rudy had to set up goals from short to long term. One short term goal Rudy had to create was studying at a nearby school for a year. This was only way Rudy was going make it into Notre Dame. He had to get straight A's for Notre Dame to accept him. One long term goal Rudy had to set up was saving for Notre Dame. Rudy had to work at his father’s company in order to pay for Notre Dame.These
