The Causes of Stress
Nowadays, the life is becoming hurry and busy. There will never be more hours in the day. If you failed to handle and managed your daily life properly, you may got stuck in a problem called ‘STRESS’. Stress can be define as our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. Stress also is a response to an inappropriate level of pressure. There are three major causes of stress which are health, money and time management.
The first cause of stress is health. Stress has a bigger impact on your life than you might realize. There are a lot of health problem such as aging process, complication from current illness and other negative symptoms that can cause stress. Not only our health problem, our family and friend’s health problem also can make us stress.
The second cause of stress is money. Many people worry about having enough money constantly because money is everything in today’s life. Everyone need money. Financial problem is something that nearly everyone can relate to. Credit card debt, rent and the inability to provide for a family are the example of financial problem.
The third cause of stress is time management. It is important to manage your time properly. Many stressful situation can be a result of a lack of time management skills. Lack of time management can cause stress among students and adults. So, everyone need to have a balance time management in daily life.
As a conclusion, there are three main causes of stress which are health, money, and time management. In my opinion, I think every single human on earth have a stress problem. The most important thing is how we manage to overcome the stress problem and live a happy life.
