The Brave Girl 'Malala Yousafzai'

This passage is about a brave girl called Malala Yousufzai who got shot in her head last October by Taliban gunman. She has started challenging Taliban for years because of destroying schools in her district especially girls’ schools. She has supported girls' rights in her area and she said that they have all the right to go to schools. She used to treat in hospital in Birmingham City, England.

Five months later the 15-year-old, who was among nominees last year for Nobel Peace Prize, returned school again this month, but in England not in Pakistan. She described her return to school as the most important day of her life, as she joined other students in Birmingham city. Malala joined other students at Edgbaston High School for girls. It’s close to the hospital where she underwent surgery to reconstruct her skull last four months. "I am excited that today I have achieved my dream of going back to school. I want all girls in the world to have this basic opportunity," she said in her statement.

Edgbaston’s headmaster Ruth Weeks said about Malala "She wants to be a normal teenage girl and to have the support of other girls around," he added "Talking to her, I know that's something she missed during her time in hospital.". Also Gordon Brown, the former prime minister and current UN special envoy for global education, said: "This is a great day for Malala, for her family – and for the cause of education worldwide. "By her courage, Malala shows that nothing – not even bullets, intimidation or death threats – can stand in the way of the right of every girl to an education. I wish Malala and her family well as her courageous recovery continues."

In my opinion, this girl was really a brave girl. She put her life on the line when she protested against human monsters who don’t have mercy for anyone who opposes them like Taliban. They easily kill anyone who challenges or wants to change their radical rules. This teenage girl Malala did what men couldn’t do against these terrorists.
As I see that, Malala deserves to get the world’s attention. She has fought against Taliban while the world keeps silent about them. She has fought them to get women rights so she deserves to spread her story around the world especially from Women's Rights Groups. No doubt she was deserved to get Nobel Peace Prize as she took the risk to defend girls’ rights.
Overall, this is a true story which can inspire girls in the world to fight for their rights especially in the third world countries that women have difficulty getting equal with men. I admire for how much this girl has courage against these human monsters who make people suffer in their lives. Thus, in 2012 she was the youngest nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize in history as a result of her great courage. In my opinion she should have won the prize, but unfortunately she didn’t as it was for the European Union.
