The Boarding School Murder

I am certain I know who the killer is, by having all the evidence. The reason I know this is because the suspect has motive and ability. There are also additional evidence that ties my suspects to the crime. The killers are Shelly Waterstraat and Gina Goodwin, with the help of Zack Zigler. There is always motive in every murder; in the case of Edward Drake, Shelly Waterstraat and Gina Goodwin are the murders. As stated in The Daily Gazette, “ Ten years ago, Drake was charged by the IRS with tax evasion … During questioning … Drake said that George Goodwin had probably created the account to cover up his own money laundering operation. When evidence of heroin was found in the Goodwin home, Goodwin was arrested.” “Two days later, Goodwin took his own life … following the discovery of her husband’s death, Mrs. Goodwin went into shock and was institution.” Clearly, this shows Gina must have anger in her. Because of Drake, Gina lost her parents at the age of ten. Her mother went crazy and her dad killed himself. She grew up without her parents. No child should ever go through this. Gina has motive to kill Edward Drake. Furthermore, “ Shelly resents claims that insanity runs in her family (Internal Memo).” Drake ruined her family’s name. People called her family crazy because of Edward. Who wouldn’t want to kill him ? Obviously, Gina and Shelly’s motive to kill Drake was for revenge.
Gina and Shelly’s ability to kill Drake was by Zack Zigler. “ The caretaker arrived from his room … with the master keys (Initial Police Report).” Since he has the master keys, he opened the door to Drakes room for Shelly and Gina. Zack stated, “ During my rounds ... checking that all doors are locked…” Since he always checks the doors to see if its locked, he made sure Drake was asleep before they enter the room. This is how Gina and Shelly was able to murder Drake.
The physical evidence that they left behind in this case, Shelly and Gina left

By placing the lock pick inside the doorknob’s keyhole, Germania then pushed a button at the other end of the lock pick, which caused a chain reaction that destroyed the pins inside the keyhole. Due to these destroyed pins, the result was a door that could now be opened by anyone on either…

Sadly there are people who go into the world and kill their fellow man and sometimes without remorse. The only way that we can prevent these events from happening again or at all is to bring these criminals to justice. In most cases there are witnesses who see the crime or have some leads that help solve the crimes. Usually witnesses call the police and try to help the person in trouble, but this case is different. In the novel “The Coquette and The Boarding School,” Foster tells the tale from in an epistolary format. This type of narrative can be useful to teach English undergraduates for the story is told in an unbiased perspective. “The Coquette and The Boarding School,” honors female voices and shows a vivid image of women’s lives in the late 18th century. Foster’s novel can help professors show students a superb example of an epistolary novel, which was a popular format in the 18th century. Throughout the novel Foster does an excellent job create an image of what women’s culture was like in the 18th century. However, I was able to learn something new after reading a literary essay written by Gabriella Timbancaya, who is a student at the University of the Philippines. In Timbancaya’s essay “Freedom and constraint: Discourses on gender, politics and nation identity in Hannah Webster Foster’s ‘The…

Looking at the history of shootings in the primary and elementary schools in the United States, one is confronted with some brutal realities. Some of the examples include West Paducah (Kentucky) in December 1997, Jonesboro (Arkansas) in March 1998, Springfield (Oregon) in May 1998, and Littleton (Colorado) in April 1999. All these incidents have one thing in common. School aged children who were also avid video game players, were at the center of those incidents. More recent violent crime at school which we can link video games, includes a shooting at Santee (California) in March 2001, a violent crime at Oakland (California) in January 2003, five homicides in Long Prairie and Minneapolis (Minnesota) in May 2003, beating at Medina (Ohio) in November 2002. These are some noticeable violent events recorded in United States’ history, but the question is that United State is not the only country in which school going children are getting involved in such crimes. School shootings are not new phenomenon and incidents of shooting were also noted in Germany and Japan.…
