The Big Cycle Of Animal Abuse

Animal Abuse Abuse is when someone treat a person or an animal with cruelty or violence, regularly or repeatedly.Pain, torture,suffering,fear,and danger,these are all of the things that abused animals feel. Animal abuse is happening every day. Sometimes they are caught, most of the time they aren’t”The shocking number of cruelty cases reported daily in the media is only the tip of the iceberg. Most cases are never reported, and most animal suffering goes unrecognized and unabated.” (Animal Cruelty Facts and Statistics ).The reason this problem is so relevant is because just like the world, abuse is one big cycle.
There are many ways people in this cycle abuse animals,for example entertainment, psychological reasons, and hunting. Animal abuse can also be classified into two separate categories. First is active abuse and the other is passive abuse. Active form of abuse involves direct cruelty to animals and the other is passive abuse includes lack of care or negligence towards pets.
The people who tend to abuse animals are aggressive people and studies have shown that violent and aggressive criminals are more likely to have abused animals as children than criminals who are considered non-aggressive. Professor Frank R. Ascione of the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work says, “The research is pretty clear that there are connections between animal abuse and domestic violence and child abuse.”( Animal Cruelty Facts and Statistics). Parents who neglect or abuse animals frequently subject their own children to similar hardships which bring the whole cycle back
