The Benefits Of Golf
"Is golf a sport? Yes, golf most definitely is a sport! Learning to play golf will develop many skills such as: Hand and Eye Coordination, Speed, Flexibility, Balance, Rhythm, Aiming/Accuracy and that all important ingredient Concentration."

Because we agree with the statement made by Sebastian Jost, former professional golfer and current golf coach, my partner and I affirm that golf is a sport.

We offer the following 2 reasons to support our side, golf is as physically challenging as many other sports, and it is more mentally challenging than almost all other sports.

Our first reason is that golf is as physically challenging as many other sports. A golfer on the PGA tour is not allowed to use a golf cart and walk on average 2 - 2.5 miles,
