Think of those strangely addicting Buzzfeed quizzes that attempt to show “What Disney Princess Are You?” and “What Age Are You, Really?” Barberia study uses this fortune cookie trick to convince one to believe his or her fate was magically being told. However, with pure intentions Barberia let the test subjects in on the secret. A set of questions concerning the paranormal and supernatural was given to those involved with the project before the intervention was conducted. The LHC doesn’t show random bursts of energy released out of thin air -- there must be a source. When we inevitably die, our cells will die as well and release their final bits of energy. If, in fact, it is possible for ghosts to reside after his or her body is rid of its energy, the LHC would be able to pick up traces of ghost-like particles when its running. The reasoning goes back to the statement of our bodies not having any other energy sources to control movement of our limbs.
