Textual Analysis Assignment

The product that I have created is a body shimmer. A body shimmer is essentially a product that contains little shimmering particles which makes the skin glow. The target group for this product is all females over the age of thirteen and all multicultural backgrounds. I have decided upon this product as I thought that it would be very useful towards my target group during the summer time as it will give all females a summer glow with out the need of a fake tan. The main advertising approach that I have used is self interest. Self interest is the main approach used due to the fact that this advertisement essentially advertises a product that would improve the consumers body image. I have used AIDA in my advertisement to appeal to my target audience.
I have also used big font on my poster which instantly brings the attention on to my advertising poster and automatically hooks the reader, along with making it easier to read. I have also included a small amount of Christmas related objects which makes the poster more friendly and festive.
