Characters…………………….

Mr. Razib;The boss, is a middle aged bald headed man with loose character. He is very much weak to women specially to girls.

Pritom; caller – 1 ; a young guy, very disturbing boy, unnecessary caller.

Mishu; Caller – 2 ; A boy with clean character, very serious in any matter.

Nawsin; caller- 3 ; A young girl with sweet voice , very fond of boys and always wants to talk with boys.

Marjia; Receiver -1; A very weak hearted girl and very sensitive too.

Prome; Receiver-2; A girl with loose character and very clever. She always tries to misguide the young caller and get fun with them.

Ibrahim; Reciver – 3 ; A very serious and active to his duty, very obedient to his boss.

Lily; The girl friend of Auttem, always tries to disturb auttem, even though he is busy.

The scene; ( All the three receivers are sitting in the office, the boss giving instruction and information, suggestion not to waste time to unnecessary call ).

Scene-1
Caller;1( Will call – to the center and say something, making fun).

Marjia: ( with soft voice) Hello, Excuse me, I’m Marjia speaking, How can I help you,

Nawsin:- I have got a great problem miss....i can’t change my package.

Marjia:which package are u using now madam?

Nawsin:now i’m using your ..................... package.But now i want to active ‘sara raat free’ package.

Marjia:Okay,don’t worry madam.Please go to your message option and type ‘Pecha’and send it 0.0007 num.
Nawsin:ohhh...thank u so much miss...

Marjia:pleasure madam.WE are here 25 hours for your service mam.Thank you for your co-operation.

End of scene 1
Receiver; 1 – What can I do for u?, u yourself can solve this, u r a boy, u whether response or threat them ----……….. etc.

Caller; 1:- ma--- dam, I feel very problem ma--- dam----- .

Receiver; 1 – The problems in urs, absurd! ( Cut the phone)

Another calling.

Scene-2

Pritom:(angry)Is it customer service center?

Ibrahim:yes sir.How can i help you?

Pritom:my phone is off and on very often.and can’t get proper network.You are can’t give me proper service.

Ibrahim:sir,we are trying hardly to give you good service.but some technical problame hamperd our service.
Pritom:hello...hello...i can’t hear you clearly....

Ibrahim:-sir,outside the wind is blowing strongly...soooooo

pritom; But now u can do something.

(Now Lily will phone to Ibrahim)

Ibrahim:wait a minute sir. I am finding your problame.please keep in touch some time with us.{Ibrahim pick the Lily’s phone}

Lily:Hi dear.....how are you? What are you doing?
Ibrahim:hi honey...me is in office now.And you know very well what i’m doing in office.What are you doing?
Lily:now i’m at parlour honey.
Ibrahim:ok..ok...please take good make up.and please give me to concentrate to my duty.
Lily:What??????Why are you talking like this?you talk to me....it’s not your duty....Okay fine...i will show you What’s your duty.......byeee
Ibrahim:hello...helloo...honey...please.....

( Lily cut the phone)

Ibrahim; I’m sorroy, I’m not mechanic, u see it with technician in our customer service.Good day sir.(disconnect Pritom’s phone)

Mishu call customer service..........

Prome:shuvo shokal sir,how can i help you?

Mishu:yea..i need a help...

Prome:what kind of help sir?

Mishu:i can’t deactive my fnf number......it’s my girlfriend num.i break up with her last night.soooooo i want to change it now.

Prome:no probleme sir,go to your message option ..type break up space your G.F num.and send it 420 num e.

Mishu:ohhh..thank you so much miss.what’s your name miss?

Prome:sir,my name is...........

Mishu:ops...nice name...it’s pleasure to meet you miss Prome.

Prome:me too, sir.Thanx for calling...

Mishu:can have your num please?if i fall any probleme...i will call you....

Prome:sorry sir,i can’t.If you fall any probleme you should call our centre...if you are lucky...you can hear my voice.

Again pritom will call to centre and pick it Ibrahim

Ibrahim:hello sir,

Pritom:i can’t find my money....

Ibrahim:What...Money.....i can’t understand you sir....

Pritom:1 hours earlier i recharge 50 taka.....now my balance showing 9 taka....where the another money....

Ibrahim:sir,let me check this.......some times later....sir you are active our latest caller tune “ooo bondhu lal golapi”and this charge deducted your balance......so now your balance showing 9 taka...

Pritom:What.....i don’t ned this song....i want to get back my money.....right now you give my money back.

Ibrahim:i c an’t do it sir..............

Lily phone to Ibrahim

R 2; I’m none to help u .

Boss; Who is the guy ? ( very angry )

R 2 ; An absurd person with abnormal question.

Boss ; Give me the phone.( I’m teaching him).

R 2; ( To the caller) Talk to our boss. ( Cut the phone ).

Boss ; (To all) If any disturbing call come, give it to me.

All the receiver ; ok, sir.

Another call come ( Prome); Received the call say I’m prome speaking, how can I help u , sir.
; I Need some g --- friend, Madam.
R 2; What ! What do u mean ? Tell me pleas how can I help u another way.
(When R 2 is speaking, Auttam is speaking with his girl friend, in very romantic mood, one the other side the boss feels very annoyed)
Auttam ( R 3 ; )how r u darling ?where r u?
G F: Hi…..fine, dear and u? what r u do..ing?
Auttam : me is in office now I am busy now………etc.
(boss is very angry and take the phone) who r u ?
Hi….. darling why r u making fun with me ?......etc. (boss’ face changes ,but a little smile, and Auttam’s face become pale, he will keep his hand one head and stares at the boss)
Boss ; Oh – fine , fine – call me very often not to my subordinates but to me, I can solve ur any problem.
G F ; No problem My sweet heart ! I only want ur ---- .
Boss ; Ha ------ ha Excellent my ----- ( all look at the boss ) Auttam and others are very busy, U may call to me in ur trouble.
G F ; ah ! Who are u ? ( Cut the call).
C 3 ; ( Call to center being very annoyed, She will call to center but she thought that it is the boy himself).
How dare! U miss me always why? Do u know what can I do?
R 3; ( Being very serious ) What ! What R U Saying, I can’t understand! (Give the phone to boss )
Boss ; Hello, I’m mr. Razib, The boss , If U R in trouble, come to me with the phone, Please come to me, Me shall help U face to face.
C 3 ; How stupid ! How dare ! U call me face to face. I shall punish U ----- etc.
Boss ; Oh ! I’m not Ur dear darling, why R U saying me dear ? I’m the boss calling .
C 3 ; Sorry , sir. I have a great wrong .
Final scene;
Third man ; ( with a long and deep sound ). Listen to carefully, be sure And then call and response Speak less, wrong less .
