The company I researched is McDonalds. It originated in the United States of America. It is the biggest chain hamburger fast food restaurants. Their headquarters is in the United States and is operated since 1940 by the brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald. In 1965 McDonald’s stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The McDonalds abbreviation is MCD. In 1965 McDonald’s first public stock offering opens at $22.50/share by the end of the day it went up $30 / share. A block of 100 shares purchased for $2,250 in 1965 was worth, after 12 stock splits (increasing the number of shares to 74,360), over $5.7 million as of year-end market close on December 31, 2010. In 1985, McDonald 's Corporation became one of the 30 companies that make up the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The McDonalds stock is during well since his appearance over the year or decades. The MCD stock price today is at $ 98.78 / share and continuously rising.

The statement of financial position provides creditors, investors, and analysts with information on company 's resources (assets) and its sources of capital (its equity and liabilities). It normally also provides information about the future earnings capacity of a company 's assets as well as an indication of cash flows that may come from receivables and inventories. Liabilities represent obligations of a company arising from past events, the settlement of which is expected to result in an outflow of economic benefits from the entity. First of all, the accounts payable is carrying value as of the balance sheet date of liabilities incurred and for which invoices have typically been received and payable to vendors for goods and services received that are used in an entity 's business. The accounts payable used to reflect the current portion of the liabilities this is due within one year or within the
