Tenet Healthcare is one of the leading institutions in offering better services to patients. It is well known for its motivation of their employees to provide compassionate and quality health care to the patients as a way of promoting life. The quality of their services is enhanced by the teamwork that gathers the efforts towards giving the best to their clients. An interview was conducted with one of the senior nursing quality experts in the organizations to find out the strategies they employ toward achieving their organizational goals. This is enhanced by employing transparency and through sharing the outcomes with the patients and their relatives. Besides, it also works towards the achievement of an exceptional working environment for both the employees and their shareholders. Tenet is also governed by a vision of being a leader in the services they offer in terms of quality to both the patients and the immediate community. The company is regulated by some major core values in which they operated under to ensure success (Brooks, Silverman & Wallen, 2013). These values include; being an innovative place that means it generates new solutions to the emerging issues of in the healthcare system. Besides, they have a culture of service that values teamwork in delivering of quality services. This will help the nurses to have more information about what is required hence bringing change to the nursing profession. It is a useful strategy to nurses because they are always urged to work from evidence based practice strategy. Besides, it creates passion among the nurses in developing the will to translate the evidence gained from the patients into practice and thus ensuring successful outcomes. Another strategy is to make use of every member of the multidisciplinary team as an approach to ensure holistic care to patients. This a can be met through application of core principle in work and all the design process in the institution. Additionally, there is a plan to incorporate interpreters of various native languages in the medical sector. This will mainly promote the level of confidence and build trust between the nurses and the patients hence advancing the quality of the services. Therefore, nursing is a practice that requires expertise to ensure there is a delivery of quality services to the clients. Besides, it is a changing profession that needs the current knowledge, and thus, nurses need to receive frequent training in their respective workplaces. I think as a nurse in a healthcare institution it is recommended that one follows the ethical as well as the organizations regulations
