It is a useful strategy to nurses because they are always urged to work from evidence based practice strategy. Besides, it creates passion among the nurses in developing the will to translate the evidence gained from the patients into practice and thus ensuring successful outcomes. Another strategy is to make use of every member of the multidisciplinary team as an approach to ensure holistic care to patients.
