Tenalpina Case Study Strengths
This paper is a reflection and assessment on the performance of our group for the TenAlpina case. I will talk about the group process, strengths, weaknesses, and my satisfaction with the final product. It also includes on how to motivate a student to work teams and with others. During the first day of class, I really didn’t know anyone except myself. My first assignment was my ACC 460C, and Keerah called me to join her group. I was very happy because I like our group. They invited me to join Line while other member asked my email address to add me to the Google doc. When we had a group homework in ACC 460B, Keerah asked again that we will be the same group to work for the TenAlpina case. Unfortunately, there was one

    Initially, I had a negative view on group working because of the challenges that I had. When I was in high school, my five other friends and I used to work together in a music competition. Although we were supposed to get together to practice for the event, we were only able to meet up once a week.
