Teen Activists Are People Who Change The World Essay
TEEN ACTIVISTS!!! Teen activists are people who change the world. Teen activists are people who believe and stand up for something. Then they do what they can to help the problem be solved. They make the world a better place. I think one thing all teen activists have in common is they all change lives. They change adults lives, children's lives and animals lives.
Faye Carey is a teen activist that is changing animals lives. Faye takes sick and abandoned animals and helps them. She gives them medicine and gives the animal a bath. After the animal is healthy it is put up for adoption on Facebook. The animals are then adopted and given to a loving family. This is changing animals lives because now the animal has water, food, shelter and people who care for them. Faye said “I hope to expand re-home into charity within the next year, that way we can save more animals.” Faye Carey changes animals lives no matter how big or how small.
Malala Yousafzai is a teen activist that changes adult’s lives. Malala is a girl in Pakistan where girls are not allowed to go to school. Malala believes that every girl should be educated. When a girl is young and gets educated, this then changes her life as an adult. When she is an adults she then has a better chance of getting a job and benefiting for her family. Iqbal wants child labor to end, when he was 4 his parents sold him so they could pay a $12 dollar fine. Iqbal worked making carpets for 6 years and escaped when he was 10. He started to do speeches about stopping child labor. Then more people realized that child labor is bad. Child labor tires kids out because most kids have to work 12 hours a day. The more people that believe it is bad the less kids are put through child labor. He was then killed shortly after when he was 12 years old. Iqbal's memory still changes children's lives today because other people are standing up to stop child
