This message I think is releveant to every college student today. Technology today has a huge influence on the way we learn and socialize. Having easy access to technology makes life a lot easier sometimes. When you need to know an answer to a question quickly you can look it up on your phone. Just like that you have the answer and you don't even know why. The only way to comprehend what you learn is to study properly without using the internet. It is more beneficial to read a textbook/notes than looking up information on the internet. Being on the internet is a distraction just like Dan Fleisch said. On some computers you can now have your text messages pop up on your computer if you are on it. Since I've been at college I turned off those
