Team Diversity is the significant uniqueness of each individual on a team. Diversity covers such a broad group of people. Whether we are different with our religion, sex, age, or race, these are differences that will make a team very diverse. There are also some unique personality characteristics such as introverts and extroverts that I would like to discuss.
