Team Bonding Analysis

This week we did a lot of things. When we came in on Monday we did a team bonding exercise. We first got into groups and elected a leader, recorder and timekeeper. The leader conducted interviews with us and everyone in the group got to know a little bit more about each other. The next activity we did was a human knot. We all has to join hands and then get untangled from each other. That activity made us get physically close but we had to communicate and we also laughed a lot. Anytime you laugh with people it makes you bond so it was effective. For the third activity we had to do a type of relay race where we had to knock down cups, using a tennis ball inside a pantyhose attached to our head. That was pretty hard but we had to cheer for our
