Teaching Career
Teaching career
What is this job like? Teachers teach children to read, write, do math, and much more. They use games, videos, computers, and other tools to teach children different subjects.
Teachers try to make their lessons easy to understand. They teach things in different ways so that different students can learn in the way that is easiest for them.
Many young people consider teaching as a career. It's not surprising: after your parents your teacher may be the most important person in your life. With all the teachers you meet, you think there isn't anything you don't know about the work. That's where you are wrong, since only those who are in it can appreciate it. Those of teachers who spend days in schools know how rewarding the job is. At the same time it is not easy and a real challenge to your character, abilities and talent, as teaching is a constant stream of decisions.
Children in your classroom aren't just boys and girls. Every one is a unique individual who has never been before and will never again exist. If you like people, you will love teaching. To be a good teacher you must be genuinely interested in what you are doing.
The most important things in the world are awareness and learning — wanting to know every day of your life more and more and more. Because every time you learn something new you become something new. An ignorant teacher teaches ignorance, a fearful teacher teaches fear, a bored teacher teaches boredom. But a good teacher catalyzes in his pupils the burning desire to know and love for the truth and beauty.
Teachers are more than everyday working professionals; teachers are heroes to students across the world. Being a teacher is such a rewarding, invaluable experience that it often attracts workers from other professions, from business to journalism.

They also have to enforce rules and regulations and make sure all students follow them. Teachers don’t just teach they help students with their personal lives and help them grow up to be a better person in the world. I read between two different books for my reading this summer and the book that I found to provide me with more information was called "Ferguson's Careers In Focus". This book told me about the history of elementary schools and how far back they can be tracked which is all the way back to 100 B.C., when the people of Judah established schoold for young children as part of their religous practices. Back in the day in Western Elementary's to be a teacher you only had to complete elementary school themselves. Many elementary schools combined all eight grades into one room and taught the same material to all of the children at the same time. The second thing this book told me about was the jobs that teachers have to do. Majority of the elementary school teachers have to teach a course of subjects such as language, science, reading, mathematics and social studies. In the classroom the teachers provide different methods of learning to their students such as reading to them, group projects and showing movies to discuss afterwards. Also before tests a lot of teachers like to play review games as most teachers call them because it helps the students process the material through their brains a lot quicker. Teachers of the first and…
