Teachers' Salary
There has been a great deal written about payment for teachers in recent years. Educators have debated whether universities need to/ ought to/ have to/ must increase teachers’ salary or not. One idea that has received much attention is that higher salary for teacher is essential. This essay will explain that universities should pay their teachers more money as far as better education system and teachers’ low salary are concerned.

One of the most important reasons why the priority is given to increasing teachers’ salary instead of athletics is to improve the quality of the education system. For one thing, it is significantly essential/ crucial to raise teachers’ wages as/because it can motivate teachers to flourish their skills in classes. It may be claimed that raising their salary may affect the social position of teachers due to the fact that teachers seem to pursue the job for money rather than showing/ possessing their enthusiasm. However, if the teachers do not receive proper compensation for their knowledge, they cannot continue to work effectively as their earning is not enough to afford their living expenses. With the development of society and the high demand for knowledge from teachers compared to that in the past, the instructors are required to work harder to fulfill their tasks. Similarly, in many developed countries, it is believed/ convinced that giving approriate rewards and additional incentives are a tool to have a better education system. For example, my english teacher is well-paid/has a better/ higher salary than the others, therefore, he can provide me with excellent lessons in order to help me pass the English exams easily. For another, if the teachers have more money, they will equipped with advanced facilities such as highly-developed computers and labs to serve a great purpose for teaching, which is greatly helpful for students who need good amenities/ facilities to complete their skills or tasks.

The second reason is that nowadays if you compare teachers’ income to other employees, you will realize it is too low. That is why, governments should upgrade teachers’ standard of living conditions to attract competitive people to these positions because human resources for these are severely deficient in the last few decades. People might agrue that the original purpose to become teachers is not to earn a lot of money. Rather, their teaching and lessons giving of life for students is prioritized. Many teachers are stressed due to a long-day at work and have a low-pay. Latetly, even if people majored in education, they are reluctant to become teachers. They want to work for a private company instead. For instance, my uncle worked as a teacher ten years ago. During this time, he always cared about his son’s tuition and other expenses. After that, an international company invited him to work for them and he accepted it. Because of this well- paid job, he has just bought a new house in District 1. If the government keeps paying low wages for teachers, it won’t attract more competitive teachers in school, but causes fatal damages to the education system as well.

Opponents of this may claim that if universities spend money on athlatics, student’s health will be better. Moreover, it is argued that the peputation of the schools may be upgraded because of rewards which athlatics bring about. They have a ponit in thinking like that. On the other hand, they forget one fact that the reputation of universities is not only based on sports, but also education. The better students perform, the more famous schools will be. For these reasons, increasing teachers’ salary is the best solution to a better education system.

In conclusion, it is undeniable that spending more money on teachers’salary has a significạnt impact on the education. First, it helps to buld a better educational system. Furthermore, teacher standard of living will be higher. If this trend continues, many countries can escape themselves from the lack of intellectual and enthusiastic teaching generation.
