You must respect the people you work with. This includes the staff in the whole school and all the children. To gain respect you should always treat others like you would want to be treated. When you have respect there is a lot you can achieve. Team members will be glad to help you. They will show you new skills and help you to achieve your goals. Your work as a team will be valued and you will be the strongest team possible. This will set an example to motivate teamwork and build up communication. When you work as a team you will gain more knowledge in the environment you work in. This will give you confidence to pass on your idea's and thoughts to others that need help.
Sometimes people have different opinions, but that is ok. You should use the one that is best for you or simply the one that will achieve the best results. Just remember all ideas are good, and even if your idea is picked or not, this just means yours or someone else's idea is more practical for the task ahead. So praising one another shows you still respect the idea's they have.
It is very important to have the right attitude. Otherwise this will reflect badly on your team. A positive attitude will show the strength and respect that you have for your team and the children you work with. If you work with a professional manner this will show you respect your work place. You should always work in a professional manner. If you fail to do this then this will effect the children you work with. If you have respect for one another the day will go a little smoother for all the class.
