Describe with examples how different aspects of development can affect one another
Different aspects of development affect one another for example, if a child has a physical disability and are unable to complete a task they will become very frustrated. This could affect their development because it would lower their self-confidence. As well as it affecting their cognitive development it could also their behavioural development because their frustration could lead into their behaviour and they could end up with bad behaviour.
Another way how different aspects of development can affect one another is when children are playing together and one of the children will not share so the other child may become aggressive towards the other child because they would not let them play with the toy. This affects their social and behavioural development.
Physical and social development can be affected by one another because, when a baby is learning to walk they will receive a lot of praise which also links into emotional development because the child would feel happy or proud of themselves for doing what they just done. This will potentially help them gain confidence, which will help them in the future when they will start meeting new people and making new friends.
Communication and cognitive development link together because if a child wanted to do something that someone else was doing and they didn’t know they might ask that person how they did it and ask them to help them do it. From this they will learn how to do something new and would have communicated with someone
