Bi – Describe the terms and conditions of your employment as set out in your contract of employment or employment agreement The terms and conditions of my employment in my contract are My job role as a care assistant, start date of working, end date of apprenticeship, wage, agreed hours which is 32.5 hours and shifts of working which is 7:30-14:00 or 14:00-20:30, managers name, place of work, how many hours of annual holiday I receive(182 hours), how long the holiday year is which is from 1st April to 31st March, how long I am on my probation period for(3 months). Bii – Describe the information which needs to be shown on your pay slip/statement You need: your name, where you work, pay type, tax code, national insurance number, how many hours you work, deductions and date. Biii – Identify two changes to personal information which you must report to your employer Your telephone number and your address would need to be reported to your employer if they are ever changed. Biv - Describe the procedure to follow if you wanted to raise a grievance I would first got to my Supervisor then if that didn’t work I would go to the Manager and then to the Owner and for my final solution I would go to Acas. Bv – Explain the agreed ways of working with your employer in relation to the following areas: Data protection- It provides accurate, current information concerning the condition and the care of the service user. It also keeps a record of any problems and action that may need to be taken. Also that we need to record if there are any kind of factors that will affect the service user. This also has a purpose to make sure we are accurate in whatever we write down, and anything that happens should be noted down as soon as an even has happened. It needs to be dated, timed and signed.
