Synopsis Of The Novel 'Deep Down Popular' By Phoebe Stone
In the novel “deep down popular” by Phoebe Stone there is a six grade girl named Jessie Lou. Jessie Lou along with every other girl in her school has a crush on the hottest kid in school named Conrad Parker. Everybody loved loved Conrad even the guys from older and younger grades. He was always first picked at baseball and soccer games and no one was ever sad to see him walk into a school dance or a classroom. But one day Conrad starts to develop a limp and it is beginning to get worse and worse. Conrad started going to school dances and games less and less until after a while he stopped coming all together. Conrad popularity slowly started to disappear, the kids stoped inviting him to games and dances. Then Conrad came into school one day
