Course Objective
This course explores terminologies, concepts, knowledge and tools for management. By taking this course, students learn key functions of management including planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Students acquire methods to develop leadership styles, communication skills, and workplace motivation to improve individual and organizational productivity and business revenues.
Students also understand organizational environment, culture, ethics and social responsibility.
