SWOTT Analysis

JQ Supply Solutions (JQSS) is a well-connected group of consultants that can assist small to medium size companies in taking advantage of the global supply chain. Globalization has opened up the global economy, and allowed product trade that historically was not logistically feasible. The pros of globalization have also brought many new issues like an extended supply chain, international negotiation, lack of verifiable quality, and logistical challenges. However, in order for JQSS to be fully prepared to provide service to customers they are conducting a SWOTT analysis. Conversely, the weaknesses and threats needs to be decreased as much as possible to ensure a successful strategy (Pearce & Robinson, 2009).
