Company Profile Name : Indofusion Restaurant Type of restaurant : Casual dining Company Location : 1 market st 2000 Sydney, CBD Size of operation : 525 sq, 300 seats Products and service : Indonesian Fusion food, service for lunch and dinner The foods are including entrée, main dishes, and dessert. For entrée we have a lot of entrée, it will be Indonesian original food or Indonesian food. For the main dishes we are combination for traditional food, Asian food, and western food. For dessert we using traditional dessert to us keep the original taste for the dessert. We have function menu as well, the menu it just for the function. Hour’s operation : Monday – Friday (lunch) 11.00-15.00 Monday – Friday (dinner) 17.00-22.00 Saturday – Sunday (Lunch) 11.00-17.00 Saturday – Sunday (dinner) 17.00-23.00 Customer Base : customer base is a specific group of consumers at which a company aims its products and services. Every company has to make their customer base, as well as Indofusion. Indofusion restaurant specific customer base are tourists and family. Indofusion restaurant has unique food that make customers from other town or countries want to try. Almost 50% of consumers have visited a restaurant website. Since they do not have firsthand knowledge of the region, tourists and out-of-towners are even more likely than the average customer to surf the Internet for a good place to eat. And our uniqueness and good quality food could be attack tourist customers. We are customer base is including all genre, a lot of customer from 17 – 40 years old, including men and women. We are location in Sydney CBD is a good location for family and tourist. Internal environment Current marketing activities and effectiveness
