Apple Inc. has increased the number of its customers in a short period and not only they loved the products but also are frenetically into the apple’s goods and these primarily customers tend to have huge anticipation on apple’s goods.
According to Form 10-K (2011), “The Company offers a range of mobile communication and media devices, personal computing products, and portable digital music players, as well as a variety of related software, services, and peripherals” (p. 3). Those electronic goods have different functions but correlated to each other’s, which help them to be competitive in the global market. Apple Inc. has placed its retail stores in desirable location at a high-traffic area in quality shopping malls and urban shopping districts (Apple Inc, 2011). There are some risks in placing store at high expensive downtown but this will help them to gather more customers with cash that are new to apple’s products. Weakness
