SWOT ANALYSIS
I would have to say that my biggest strength is my wife and daughters, they are the reason that I do everything that I do. They could also be one of my biggest weaknesses I say this because I will do everything and anything for them no matter what. I also believe that I possess some other strengths as well, such as good communication skills, leadership skills, I am very well disciplined as well as very determined. I would have to say that it takes a lot for me to give in. I think that my biggest weakness is time management there are periods when it just seems impossible ti manage my time in order to accomplish all that I have to do in a day. This weakness also contributes to another weakness of mine which is too much stress. I tend to over stress on things at times which interferes with the situation at hand. The other big weakness that I have like I mentioned earlier is also my biggest strength and that is my family. When it come to my family they are my world I will do anything and everything for them even if I know that what I am doing may not be the right thing at the time. This weakness at times can have a negative effect on what I am doing and cause me to struggle a little more that I might need to. However I feel that because my family can both be a strength and a weakness for me overall they coincide well enough for things to work to my desire. For me right now the area that my strength and weaknesses are affecting the most is me going back to school. This is the biggest obstacle that I have in my life at the current time, not to mention that my wife is seven months pregnant with our second child. This is where all of my strengths and weaknesses collide and the battle begins. As I previously mentioned this is where time management comes in to play for me. On a daily basis I have to figure out how to manage my time well enough to meet my jobs needs, my family’s needs, school, and last but not least my personal needs. I struggle with this...
