Swot Analysis
SWOT analysis:

Strengths

1. We offer great quality. We've gone to great lengths at Social boost to find people with a passion for creating and sharing their Internet experiences. Our staff is both knowledgeable and eager to please.

2. Best services and after sales services as we are competent and always online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 3. We offer innovative and reliable applications which have been thoroughly tested. 4. Clear vision of the market need. We know the customers, we know the technology thus we can bring those two together and at the best price Greek customers need.

Weaknesses
1. We own an office but our main communication method is over the internet (skype, e-mail, facebook). This is a possible weakness in Greece because a lot of businessmen like to do their meetings "face-to-face". We will face to that challenge offering "face-to-face" meetings as well to businessmen in Thessaloniki where we are stationed.

2. Some of our business partners are not in Thessaloniki which forces us to do meetings online, this may sometimes result in a delay either in communication or even production.

Opportunities
1. The greatest opportunity is the fact that greece is a fresh, new market where the world of the internet is still expanding.

2. One opportunity for us is that there is little competition in the world of facebook marketing in Greece and the already existing opposition does not provide with the same quality, prices, services and after sales services as we do.

Threats
1. The greatest threat is the current economic crysis Greece is facing. Everyday lots of companies close and a lot of those still left are not doing particularely well. Alongside the fact that Greece is a new internet market which meens middle-aged businessmen are relactunt to spend in facebook

In the past, a meeting for many global companies and organizations with largely distributed partakers was challenging. For example, previously if a company called a meeting and attendees were in different locations, the business would either fly those in attendance to a central location, or hold conference calls.
