Our philosophy has, and continues to be, that our success is not merely measured in financial terms, but in our commitment to serving our community and investing in its welfare.

SWOT analyses

1) Mobinil started on 1998 utilizing existing old system
Opportunities
Immediate start with existing customer already added early revenue
Support the advantage of the only service provider (monopoly) for more than 4 months till the competitor entered the market
Support the gain of market share and to be recognized the leader in the market
Weakness:
To restructure and upgrade the existing old system it was too risky as it requires a lot of interfaces and troubleshooting which might negatively affect the reliability of the company service
Strength
The staff was green hand at the beginning and gained a lot of experience in the upgrade process

2) Mobinil engaged in multi business such as:
a. computer hard ware and software
b. network equipment
c. test and measurement equipment
d. security systems
e. distributer (Microsoft, Oracle,..)

Opportunities attract more customers
Strength
best utilization of available stores and sales staff

Weakness: it might deviate the company from the original Vision as preferred communication service provider

3) Partnership with France Telecom:
Opportunities
Facilitate the Entry to new international markets (Africa and Middle east)
Strength
Added the international experience to the local
