Surgery Mistakes
How has this goal prevented mistakes in surgery changed over time is due to the improvement of technology. Able to keep the patient records keep the surgeons more updated with what is happening to the patient. Advance in communications among medical staff has improved by so much, because they can just send a note and messages to each other keeping each other updated. Ability to record the patient data record has helped a lot in preventing mistakes in surgery. Because doctors are able to just pull all the patient information and they are able to get out specific information out from the computer, rather then looking into a lot of files just to get into ones patient information.
