The retailer Becks Books interactions begins when the customer Mr Baloyi places his order and ends when the customer Mr Baloyi receives his order Replenishment Cycle
Becks Books places a order with the Distribution centre closes to them which would be the Cape town Centre.
This Cycle begins when Beck Books place a order to replenish so they can meet future demand Manufacturing Cycle
Cape town distribution centre will then replenish their stock from the Manufacturing centre in Midrand
This cycle can have a number of triggers

* Replenishment order
* Forecast of customer demand
* Current product availability Procurement Cycle
