Supervision And Mentor Analysis
Supervision and Mentoring come into difference kinds of influence and shape in how they develop their own solution and build relationship by using their basic knowledge of cognitive style, cultural background, intelligence, personality, experience, and any developmental level when interacting with children and adults. Both the Supervisor and Mentor can be honest with any individual.
Supervision is based on by a head supervisor or director, who is responsible for supervise, to manage and given task to other supervisee or teacher by telling them what to do. Supervisor had a larger responsibility to overall the program and to work with different people and to solve problem which ever it needs be done without direction. Sometime the supervisor

Besides mentor is like a “Coaching” or “One on One Aide”, who give advices to provide a mentoring information and to provide help in teaching skills to individual, who is in needs to be comfort. Mentor is responsible to meet a child or adult to help inspire them to achieve their goals by encouraging and guiding them. Sometime they (mentor) must to be aware, to respect and to be sensitive to response any ideas they use or speak with an individual.

Some teachers went to college to teach and grade children but…as for the supervisor, who is to grade the teacher and to considering the importance of knowing if they are doing their job properly. As like the supervisors, also went to college to train and grade the teachers. Children should not be given this responsibility AND power over their teachers. It seems unethical. Only school personnel would understand this concept. Describe how you would like to be mentored?
How would I like to be mentored? I believe that mentor to new staff is being help by other staff, which it is a good thing.
