Preface

With the same note, to make the best of my academics from Masters of Management and as a part of my course curriculum, I had prepared a Dissertation. The objective behind preparing this Dissertation is to relate the theoretical concepts taught in classroom to their practical application. Further,

“Life is like a flute, it may have several holes and emptiness.
But if we work on it, the same flute can produce magical melodies.....”

Similarly, education nurtures talent through learning and experiencing that is personally meaningful to each individual. My practical study is a matter of application, introspection and experience.

My work in this project is, therefore, a humble attempt towards this end.
