On 12/10/15, Deputies with PCSO was contacted by Game and Fish Enforcement Officers A. Baker and R. Spurlock who stated they were en-route to 10113 Centennial Rd. to make contact with Clinton Bradley Looper in reference to illegal hunting. Lt. Haase advised Officer Baker that PCSO had an active order of protection that needed to be served as well as a Probation warrant. Lt. Haase and Dep. E. I responded to 345 County Road 3309 in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Anita Stamey. Stamey advised that her daughter(Brenda Black) is jealous because Stamey been letting her other daughter and son-in-law come over to eat dinner everynight. Stamey stated that Black has called multiple times stated "I'm going to kill you and the entire family." Black also called approxmiatly 6 times while I was on scene. A confidential informant entered a suspected drug dealer’s apartment in order to purchase crack cocaine. Once the transaction was completed, the confidential informant signaled an undercover officer who then radioed uniformed police to the suspect’s apartment. Once officers responded to the scene, they approached the door of the apartment and encountered a strong odor of burning marijuana. Officers then announced their presence while knocking on the apartment door. Once the announcement of “police” was made, the officers then heard shuffling noises inside of the apartment that were consistent with the sound of evidence being destroyed. Officers then announced their intent to enter the apartment and then kicked in the door. Once inside the apartment, the officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain view. In Bridgeport, Connecticut around 2:15 a.m in the morning, Sergeant Connolly received a tip from an informant that a suspect who was sitting in a vehicle early in the morning at a high crime area carrying narcotics and a gun at his waist. After calling for backup, Sergeant Connolly approached to the vehicle and tapped on the widow and asked Robert Williams (the suspect) to open the door. Facts- Detroit police obtained a warrant authorizing a search for drugs and firearms at the home of Booker Hudson. When police arrived to execute the warrant, they announced their presence but waited “three to five seconds” before turning the knob of the unlocked front door and entering Hudson’s home. Police discovered large quantities of drugs, including cocaine rocks in Hudson’s pocket and a loaded gun placed in between the cushion and armrest of a chair in which he was sitting..
