Sunset Drive In Case Study
The Sunset Drive-in’s opening day was July 12, 1949. It was opened by E.R. “Chub” Munger who had planned the construction of the drive-in for several years. It was opened on the southwest corner of N. Montana Avenue at Custer and was constructed shortly after February 10, 1949, across the street from the St. Joseph’s Orphanage. The 500-car open air theater was constructed on approximately 10 acres of the 15 acre lot with Mr. Munger’s house on the very end of the property. Construction of the theater started with each car’s radiator slightly higher than the rear of each vehicle. This allowed patrons in the back seat of the car to view the 60 by 60 foot screen which was raised approximately 18 feet off the ground for a better viewing experience.

Unfortunately due to the Civil War there was an abundance of cattle in the state which led to a decrease in monetary gain, so having the option to sell their cows up north was very significant to their wellbeing.…

Generally, stadium seating found in modern megaplex theatres is preferred by patrons over slopefloored multiplex theatres, which were the predominant theatre-type built prior to 1996. Although, as of December 31, 2009, approximately 80% of Regal’s screens were located in theatres featuring stadium seating, we still serve many markets with sloped-floored multiplex theatres. These theatres may be more vulnerable to competition than their modern megaplex theatres.…

The radios blasting, your thumbs are tapping the steering-wheel, and your speedometer needle is between 75 or 80 as you drive on the interstate. "Instead of enjoying the ride a person is trying to get from point A to point B as fast as possible," is an opinion stated by the author about interstates and for most cases its true. Interstates bypass all the towns, cities, and highways that people would not notice unless they drove on the highways instead of the interstate. Interstates are long, mostly straight, flat roads that lead from one place to another. On the interstate, semis loom over you like giant beast, cascading you and your entire car in a shadow as it rides by. Certain towns, shops, or cultures can only be found on blue highways, roads written in blue on a map, these highways can take you somewhere you have never been before. Over the course of my short life, I have read tons of books. Of course a handful of those books were educational however, a lot of them weren't. It may sound crazy or weird but I absolutely love to read. Ironically enough my room mate does too. A week or so ago she encouraged me to read at least one of the many books that she brought to school with her. On the top of the stack of books within the box was a novel by the name of Night Road by Kristin Hannah. While it may be cliché, I was instantly intrigued by the cover and decided to embark on reading it. The contents of the novel and a majority of it hit home with the different situations and circumstances that the characters went through.…

I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the driver pulled into 11484 Hwy 49 (Whataburger).…
