Last few years have witnessed major changes in the economic environment of the country. The industrial and economic policies have been liberalized. This reform makes the Indian industries to become global competitive, giving boost to the young and small enterprises. Information technologies have witnessed department.

HAL Avionics Division Korwa & Ministry of Defence is supposed to be preserved with care. Moreover, for the Same Reason, detailed etc. and other delicate information is not documented to prevent the leakage of Sophisticated Defence information to public due to extraneous condition.

The above is also rule to preserve the intellectual property of the Korwa Division.


It gives me immense pleasure to state that HAL Avionics Division Korwa has been given opportunity to me to aware about “HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS Ltd AND SPECIALY HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT” department with full liberty. I want to acknowledge the persons for their sincere guidance and intelligent suggestions to complete the training successfully within the time schedule and the desired quality.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge to our General Manager HAL Korwa with my sincere thanks and regard for his kind approval of my training. I would like to thanks to Mr. Rajesh Agrawal (Chief Manager, Training), and Mr. Gauri Shankar (Ch.Supervisor, Training) for deputing me in HUMAN RESOURCE Department.
