In my opinion, we do fairly well in fulfilling our mission and if there are any complaints or concerns we are more than content to resolve any

It captures, in a few succinct sentences, the essence of a business 's goals and the philosophies as well as underlying them. Equally important, the mission statement signals what your business is all about to your customers, employees, suppliers and the community (Goodman, 2011). The Five Guys mission statement is very simple, aligned with the philosophy that you don’t just sell hamburgers and French fries in the restaurant industry that is jam packed with fast food chains and think you going to be successful. You sell hamburgers and French fries better than your competitors, you don’t cut corners and customer services are the most important thing. Simply stated, the Five Guys Burgers and Fries mission statement is: "We are in the business of selling burgers." (Farfan) Their goal is also as followed: "Five Guys goal is to sell the best quality burgers possible. To sell the best burger possible, we focus on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness."…

This is a very good mission statement seeing that it identifies most of the policies that a mission statement should provide. It states how the employees will deal with the customers by saying “…our servers pull out all the stops to make every dining experience feel extra special. It also states its competitive advantage by identifying that their suppliers catch the freshest fish they can. Also, that they have master chefs cooking the best meal for their customers as well. Red lobster said that “Our top priority is to always serve our guests the highest-quality seafood.” (http://www.redlobster.com/our_quality_story/our_commitment_to_quality/) and with fresh food and master chefs this will most definitely last them for a long time.…

A mission statement describes a company’s fundamental purpose and how that company is unique within its product and services offerings. In writing of the company’s mission, each word must be carefully selected for consistency and there must be a commitment from the stakeholders to focus resources in the accomplishment of this mission (Ireland & Hitt, 1992). Bonnie Brewer and Stacy Kim have passed a milestone having developed regular customers within the five months of opening the first coffee house. As a statement for moving forward, “Custom Coffee & Chocolate’s mission into the community is to provide the highest quality, socially ethical coffee and chocolates while serving to keep the Seattle community connected and invigorated.”…

This mission statement clearly defines Tom's of Maine's goals as outlined in the textbook. Thompson and Strickland, two authors mentioned in the text state that a mission statement should: "Broadly outline the organization's future coarse and serve to communicate 'Who we are, What we do, and Where we are headed.'" Toms of Maine clearly was guided by this idea of a mission statement. The mission statement points out that Tom's of Maine is committed to all aspects of it's business. I have broken down their mission statement into three categories.…
