Summary: Offer Three Solutions To Chet's Problem
2) Offer three solutions to Chet’s problem and explain how each will fix the central problem
The first solution to Chet’s problem could be to delegate some of his routine work to the office manager, Marilyn. This is a lot of energy that Craig is inputting that could be used towards his creative thinking. Daily routines such as plant walkthroughs can be delegated, so that Craig will only get a recap of the inspection. If there is a deviation revealed by the walkthrough Craig should only then take affirmative action to correct the deviation. A second solution could be to bring in another manager so that Craig can have less subordinates
