Summary Of Pico's Oration On The Dignity Of Man
According to Pico’s ‘Oration On the Dignity Of Man’, he believed that human is the most fortunate of all creatures; man worth beyond any other spiritual nature. Of what he believed is not what I believe because he basically just concluded that human is on top of the pyramid or nature chain because we have faith and wonder. Pico is human centrism; he think that everything is orienting around man, but he forgot, that we are actually surround by great nature. We are much smaller than the great nature, or it can be said we are part of the nature. He should consider other creature that share and living at the same place with us, because everything is connected, man can not live without nature, without other creatures’ existence.
