When the priest got there he saw it was not a tramp but the Gringo did not want to confess his sins he wanted to use the priest so he could get out of the hut. This is interesting how the Gringo when he is dying he sends the mestizo for a priest so they can hear his sins, but he lied because he wanted a person to get him out of there this shows the limits of a criminal. “You take my gun, father.
