Summary Of Exploring Phycology
Although there are many helpful and resourceful topics in the Exploring Phycology text book I believe that the motivation and emotion topic is one that I could benefit from the most. There have been many times in my life where I have needed some extra motivation to get done what needs done and prior to my research I wasn’t really sure what caused me to get that extra boost to get up and be productive. After doing some research in the text I then understood that motivation comes and goes from 3 different things. Need, drive, and drive-reducing behaviors. As we humans go through our daily life we learn how to develop this skill to get done the most important things first and then move on to do things that don’t necessarily need to be done but

    Every business company in the world today cannot survive without the help of its employee’s. Business owners hire employees to make sure their company is running smoothly, correctly, and properly. For a business to achieve all of its goals and to be successful, they have to make sure the employees are happy.
