Thank you for your post. Your introductory story of the football player provided your readers with a wonderful insight into the dedication and compassion that you bring to your students. A student who is so dedicated to his sport and yet he called you “coach” (Davis, 2015) shows the tremendous value that you brought to this student, as well as to place of honor that he had for you.
You provided an excellent summary of the three leadership skills from that you considered from Jackson and Delehanty’s (2014), Eleven Rings: The soul of success.
