discussing: Ms.Marthe reported that Abraham is doing well at school, home and has not received any negative report from school. She informed the team that Abraham has made significant improvement with his toileting goal. HWE observed Abraham work with his ABA, he was engaged, compliant and followed the directive.
Summer plans: Abraham will be participating in the summer program at school.
Physical wellness: Abraham will continue to work with ABA on toileting as a wellness goal to improve his quality of life.
Plan: BHH-HWE will continue to provide health and wellness support for Abraham and family. The next FTF will be scheduled in conjunction with the

    I observed a child throwing a fit at the mall the other day. This child did not want to leave the store and did not want to get into her stroller. She started to throw her head back and scream very loudly. Then she would throw her arms around and kick, in an attempt to not be strapped in. The mother started to yell at her daughter to stop while trying to strap her in. After a few minutes of the child kicking and screaming she was able to strap her in. But the child continued to scream, this was when the mother decided to leave the mall.
