The second section is focus on their goals. They set goals from 4 aspects, which are expanding global business, offering competitive return, changing communities and encouraging staffs and partners to be success respectively. The final section is about UPS enterprise strategy. Their strategies are based on creating value, transforming and self-development. To be more specific, UPS is creating value for customers through their superior portfolio of logistics capabilities. UPS is concentrate on constantly transforming to consolidate their leadership position.

In 1913, the bicycle was exchanged for a Model T Ford and the name was changed to Merchants Parcel Delivery.     UPS has grown from modest beginnings to an organization that ships for that 15 million packages a day with over 6.1 million customer in more than 200 counties as well as an estimated 54 billion dollars in revenue. UPS has had some ups and down, but for the most part have maintained strong. For example, UPS is a strong brand with a great market setting, cost and logistical advantage. They have built a strong supply chain management, distribution network and work force.
