Summary: A Career As A Resident Assistant

I was very reserved when I first started high school, but after attending a leadership training conference in 2011, my personality, my confidence, and my overall life outlook changed for the better. Ever since, I have returned to that conference each summer as a counselor in order to help others find their voices as well. At around the same time, I began working at the Sweet Spot Bake Shoppe, helping customers, preparing products for sale, taking specialty orders, and assisting in regular tasks. After about three years at the bakery, I headed up to Connecticut for college as an Honors student, undecided in terms of a major. It entailed me taking many classes across multiple departments, getting involved in several clubs, and attending diverse lectures, but after freshman year, I realized my true interests lie in business, specifically management information systems.
At the beginning of my sophomore year, I started in my current position as a Resident Assistant. As a Resident Assistant, I have become much more personable, articulate, and problem-solving oriented.
