Thank you for sending me the article entitled, “The Use of the Web in Hotel Operations.” The information in this article is very useful for the hotel / resort industry.

The internet is considered the biggest change in the hotel industry. It is transforming the way we offer services, reshaping organizational structures, and changing the relationship between our guests and us.

The results of a survey of several thousand managers by the Hotel Information Technology Association are as follows:

Internet service is becoming the most wanted service in hotel rooms in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Two-thirds of the respondents have worked at properties that provide Wi-Fi to the guests.
A well-designed website is a good reflection of the company. The hotel must constantly update its website to current trends.
The average cost to update a website is estimated at $2000, and the cost of maintenance is $400 dollar (omit dollar) a month.
The majority of guests now make reservations using a resort’s website. Rather than phoning the resort directly. (FRAG)
Many hotels now send automatic messages to each client to keep him informed about improvements to their properties, these messages are usually sent by email.

Updating our website will enable us to compete in the ever-changing hotel industry. We should hire a qualified web designer who is a specialist in this field. (Revise paragraph for positive expression and common gender)
